Monokian Team - I want to let you know that it is not often that I send compliments but yesterday I had my first visit with Suzanne and it was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, incredibly thorough, provided excellent hygienic advice, and had an incredible sense of humor. I’ve experienced many other hygienists over the years and frankly all yours are excellent, but she truly stands out. I work in the healthcare profession and recognize how challenging and at times difficult patients/customers can be. Your team from reception, to all of the doctors, and support staff are simply exceptional. You are all doing something right with fostering a caring and customer focused culture to say the least. It is all about compassionate leadership that listens and your results all seem to validate that formula for success from this customer’s perspective.

It goes without saying that the doctors are excellent and the staff working with them are very knowledgeable and skilled. You expect to receive outstanding care and you will. What impresses me the most, however, is the willingness to accommodate patient comfort. I am NOT an easy patient! A childhood of "tough" dental care has resulted in an adulthood of dental anxiety. These folks are willing to support my squirrely requests and for that I am grateful. What a great dental practice this is!

The whole staff is so helpful and friendly. I just started taking my 4 year old twins and everyone is so patient with them. I absolutely love going here and would recommend it to everyone.
